The Briargate community is professionally managed by
St. Charles Town Company.
St. Charles and our property manager Beth Amore
represents the association and it's board of directors
with owner and resident communications, owner
assessments and accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor
contracting, emergency/after-hours response, and day to
day managment activities.

Executive Board
- Briargate at Seventeenth Avenue's Executive Board is the official governing body of the association. The board meets quarterly on the second Monday of January, April, July, and October at 5:30pm. . Meeting dates and times are subject to change. Check back here for any changes to meeting times.
