Your Directory Listing Online registration for all residents at Briargate is required. This contains important contact information for the Association and property management company to contact you or your emergency contact in case of emergency. It also adds you to our email list for routine notifications. To complete your registration, go to www.briargatehoa.com and click on Resident Registration Once we have your information we will add you to the resident directory in the lobby. The entry/intercom system controls entry into the front door and controls calling the elevator to the lobby. All other persons should be “buzzed-in” via the telephone entry system or be escorted by a resident. When someone calls you from the lobby, dial 9 and it allows them access. If someone calls you that you do not know, do not admit them to the building. The police, fire department and EMS responders have emergency acccess to the buildings. Key Tag Fobs All owners and residents have been issued electronic key tag fobs for access to the building. Hold the fob near the reader and the door will be opened electronically. If you need additional key tab fobs they can be purchased from the management company. If you lose your fob, please report it to the management company immediately so it can be deactivated. Residents have also been issued a door key. This key works in the gates, some exterior doors, and padlocks that secure the patio doors. This key should be available in case of failure of the electronic lock system. Please take care not to violate our security and safety policy.  |
