Your HOA installment amount is payable monthly and
determined by the annual budget. Your HOA installment
cover such items as water, heat, trash, gas,
landscaping, snow removal and twice weekly cleaning of
the common elements. The association makes every effort
to create and maintain a reserve fund for significant
maintenance costs to be incurred by the Association in
the future. Each annual budget of the association shall
include contributions to the reserve account in an
effort to meet the contribution recommendations of the
Reserve Funding Study, as determined by the Association
and approved by the Owners.
Electronic Funds Transfer
Briargate offers automatic electronic funds transfer
(EFT) from your bank account for your monthly HOA dues.
To sign up for this service, Click on "Document
Library" download the form named Automatic EFT Dues
that is located under Other Requests and fax it to the
property management company.
Late Charges
Late charges are imposed on delinquent Installments. A
monthly installment of the annual assessment shall be
past due and delinquent if not paid by the tenth (10th)
day of the month in which it is due. The Association
shall impose a Fifty Dollar ($50.00) late charge on the
outstanding or past due balance then due the
Association.
