maintenance request or question to the management company.
Requests that are emergencies or that require immediate response
should also be called in to the
management
company by telephone. If your request is life
threatening call 911.
You will receive a confirmation by
email that will allow you to track the progress of your request.
Requests submitted online are sent to both the management company

By submitting a request, this does not provide any expressed or
implied liability on the part of the Association. The Declarations
define maintenance and repairs that are the responsibility of the
Association and of the unit owner(s). The Association will
bill and be reimbursed for any expenses incurred which are deemed an
owner responsibility according to the Declarations.
