Some owners of Briargate have pets. As in most
communities, people have varying attitudes about
pets—their own and their neighbors’. While pets bring
much joy and liveliness to our community, they also can
be a source of conflict. A pet agreement must be
submitted for approval prior to any pet occupying
residency at Briargate. The rear courtyard common area
is not to be used for walking dogs or other animals.
Unit Owners receiving written permission by the Board
to have a pet and paying the required deposit must keep
the animal on a leash at all times while on the
property. To obtain written permission, please go to
www.briargatehoa.com and click on “Document Library.”
You will find the “Pet Agreement” form under
Agreements.
Cats
Owners receiving written permission to have a cat
and paying the required deposit must contain them
inside their Unit and will not be allowed in hallways
or common areas. Renters are not allowed to
have pets of any kind.
