2. Electric power is provided by Xcel Energy individually for each unit.   The association does not have any connection with this service.   In case of a power outage please call Xcel Energy.   Do not call the association.

6. Comcast provides Cable TV service to the building.   The connection box is located in the alley on the Northwest corner of the building.    The association provides Comcast TV in the fitness and conference room.
   
8. Telephone Connection Box
10. The telephone connection box is located on the Northwest corner of the building.    Access to this box can be provided by the management company.

Security System Wiring

Each unit at Briargate has been prewired for a security system.   The wiring is terminated in one of your closets on the main level of most units.   In most cases, the front door, balcony doors, keypad and a motion detector have been prewired.    Contact a security installation company to have an alarm system installed.
