Satellite dishes are allowed on balconies/patios
pursuant to current FCC rulings and guidelines of the
Association. Each unit has an approved location for
placement of the satellite dish. Unit owners should
contact the association to obtain this location prior
to installation. Unit owners are responsible for any
damage resulting from the installation of a dish and
the cost to return the building to its original
condition following the removal of such dish.
Pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the
Association and Section 207 of the
Communications Act of 1996 Residents may install
Satellite TV dishes at Briargate. Residents
may only install dishes in locations that are within
the exclusive use of the owner and not in the
common elements.
If an antenna is installed on a balcony it must be
installed within the boundaries of the balcony.
Unit owners are responsible for any damage resulting

101 - No pre-approved location, consult with
Association Manager.
102 - No pre-approved location, consult with
Association Manager.
103 - No pre-approved location, consult with
Association Manager.

1B - Tripod mounted antenna, West side of building
near A/C unit.
1C - Tripod mounted antenna, West side of building
near A/C unit.
